After TB Joshua’s address delivered by Racine, one bereaved family member commented “You can see how arrogant and insensitive the guy is…: ‘the deceased obeyed to an unavoidable call… Write a letter and do whatever you want with it…’. We take note of that as a family of a deceased person, you will be receiving the letter very soon.”
This is the same family member who is initiating a civil case against SCOAN. We’ve not reported on this for a few weeks because the rules of court require that the claimants send to the SCOAN a pre-action Notice and notice of their intention to seek alternative means of dispute resolution. If that fails or no response is received then they go ahead with the claim. SCOAN were contacted by the lawyer, no response was received, so now the civil case gets started.
Yesterday there were two news articles about this civil case, reproduced below. The claimant has requested his family name not be mentioned in internet reports so although it may be possible to find out their names, we ask that you respect their wishes and not mention it in the comments.
