TB Joshua is “God in the flesh” according to Emmanuel TV

The blasphemy just keeps on coming:

Don’t forget, people on Emmanuel TV have also named TB Joshua “Jesus of this generation“, “the messiah of our time“, they have claimed he was “sent to liberate the world” and that “God so loved the world that he gave us TB Joshua“. After all these blasphemies, you would think a correction would have come by now – unless they think there’s nothing to correct….

  1. I believe you have problems with that, Joshua prophet of our times, AND SO ? Jesus of our generation, AND SO? TB Joshua false prophet of our generation, etc. AND SO? WHAT is your PROBLEM MR TB JOSHUA WATCH???

  2. ha ha ha ha,tbjoshua watch is running out of negative stories, could you just once say something positive about tb joshua??in serious terms you really got nothing to say anymore, your stories are now boring

  3. I thought tbjoshua watch was good site never knew it was a site to critise man of God. I wanted good things happening at scoan disappointed!

  4. Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. 1 John 4:20

      • He will never repent. That’s already clear is it not ? Because that would show he was walking in the flesh, which he did, but can’t admit as well the staff of SCOAN.

There is no way that he got a command from God to allow the illegal Hostel without building permit to be built. This is clearly a huge dilemma for SCOAN which they frantically have been covering up now for over a year.

This is the sole reasons why he made up 4 different lies to “defend” himself because he would not have a foot to stand upon in the Court of Law knowing for us and in the world it was all illegal what SCOAN approved when they put the plans down on the table.

That on it selves will remove all credibility from SCOAN and proves simply that they all walked into the flesh and not in the Spirit and not hear from God to get the green light to do so. So, yes that why they did it illegally. Who cannot see it ?

Don’t know why the Court keeps taking in appeals to stretch and drag this case on. Because it is crystal clear as day, concerning that. Perhaps…. to get as much money as possible out of it ? High prolific case ? And a sort of thesis for his daughter to bend over and make connections to peddle their deceiving agenda forward ?

  5. @tbjoshuawatch,
Is it possible to share the original clip with the relevant section? It’d help stem accusations of ‘photoshop’. For a cult that believes ‘hovering’ planes dropped Jericho Weapon bla de bla….trust them to latch onto anything in the name of defending the charlatan

    • @vooke @tbjoshuawatch
That guy’s full testimony is here https://youtu.be/ARe-0qkLrPQ .
I remember @M shared this link on this forum.

Notice: Emmanuel TV YouTube channel uploaded this same testimony this year but they cut out that part, for obvious reasons. Same old SCOAN editing team cutting out embarrassing problems.

uploaded by supposed fans of TB Joshua from USA in January 1, 2012

      Emmanuel TV’s version uploaded April 15, 2015

      • Thank you @General,
At the very least editing it out means it did not sit well with them. Not to defend them but these words came from a congregant and they did damage control by omitting that comment. Why do we fault them on this?

      • @vooke
If it was the one example and they’d editing it out I would give them the benefit of the doubt. But since there are all the other ones we’ve documented as well (plus many we probably don’t know about), and they’ve not once tried to correct it, I think the editing is just brushing it under the carpet.

      • @vooke

I hear what you are saying, but this case is more than just what Emmanuel TV edits out. The implications are just huge. Think about how much effort they have put in trying to discredit Bisola Johnson and Paul Agomoh. They made a long video to “educate” their audience about what they think are blasphemies. But here you have a “mother of blasphemies” against the Holy God and no attempt is made to “educate” the people. In fact them just editing out that part is just more proof that it is all about TBJ. Think about it: here we have a lost soul who badly needs the gospel, because of his wrong perception of who God is. But his testimony is so full of praise for TBJ that that one significant portion can just be swept under the carpet. This wasn’t supposed to be left for the editing team to just edited out, it should have been confronted & rebuked for all present to learn sound doctrine about the Holy Tri-une God. That’s why later someone else can stand with confidence & say he is the “messiah of our time”. This is my point that this is not christian church & christian shouldn’t be anywhere near this church.

The big deal here is that this was said in TBJ’s presence and he made no attempt to correct it. A true servant of God would have reacted swiftly to correct & rebuke this man, like Paul & Barnabas in Acts 14:14-15.

        Remember also the shocking example from scripture when God killed Herod instantly for a similar incident [not correcting what the people were saying about him]. So surely TBJ’s silence here is a very big deal & even sinful in itself judging by what God did to Herod;

Act 12:21 And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them.
Act 12:22 And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man.
Act 12:23 And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.

      • @General
Very good point about them “correcting” the “blasphemies” that Paul Agomoh and Bisola Johnson make, yet doing nothing to correct these massive blasphemies uttered by their fans. I’d never thought about it like that. You might see that worked into a future post 🙂

      • I saw this video come up in an old post , (probably one of your 2013 posts, or one from 2014) under a slightly different title (they omitted the ‘p’ of a word they capitalized), but the SCOAN fan posting it said this man was the pastor of “PFP”. I don’t know what that abbreviation would expand to say, though

    • @ Ali,

How can they remain “under sin in Christ Jesus ?”

The whole world lies into sin and will continue to sin, including you at some time in the future. Do you know why ? Because sin is ingrained into our flesh. Find the Greek word Sarx on Google read all its descriptions so you will wake up and that you need Jesus Christ and The Works of the Cross of Calvary and His shed Blood, not TV Joshua with his 60 million dollar private jet he claims he does not have, but appears in some countries with it (Tanzania) as even just recently.

Please get your own confused doctrine right as well your information about TBJ, not his alleged charity work with monies that are not his’ and have his name attached to it to make himself famous on YouTube and other African media outlets.

    • Domi DG,

Pulleasseeee, I am Satan in the flesh now ? <~~~~ omg !!!!!

So get out your beloved Prufit and tell him I will meet up with cameras and mic shoved in his face in how he will “deliver” me then. And he demonstrate some wheelchair bound people to get them out of them. What do you say ?

No testing is taking place, no God is put to the test, just going to prove that he is incapable of doing anything what he is doing in SCOAN, that’s all. Nothing wrong with that is it ?

Will he take this challenge ?

After all who as a Christian wants to be Satan in the flesh, eh ?

Would that not be the greatest evidence to the world ? Domi DG. “Jesse, who is Satan in the flesh ?” Gosh, I almost feel flattered now that I can be shown to the world as Satan in the flesh. I am waiting, with my three pronged pitchfork to prod TB Joshua in his booty on camera. Hilarious….

You first gave me a laugh about your mental state of thinking, to even consider to write such foolishness, then I thought :/. You are farrrrrr gone, please, please get help ! Please, show this to your shrink when you have made your initial appointment, because they will you the most interesting case to ever work with. So don’t delay, make the appointment now. The world is waiting to see Satan in the flesh. Hurry, hurry.

    • Sorry, Domi DG,

But with the last two posts it is now official…you now have lost your marbles as well your credibility to write here.

Your insanity has truly taken you over. Please get out of that scam church, you have become completely mad.

Please, get help, now ! You definitely need it.

  7. @General and @tbjoshuawatch,
I think it is clear now. This was not a faux pax evidenced by zero correction. Obviously TB Joshua has a massive ego and h does not mind being pampered.

A slight correction is, a man who is acquainted with ‘God in flesh’ is not naive as such but is a well read believer.

How come all these SCOANITES zombies here are least concerned with the blasphemy?

    • @vooke

I wouldn’t say he is a well read believer though. If a person has truly understood & absorbed the true gospel they won’t go around thinking any miracle worker is God in flesh. I don’t think one has to be a well read believer to know the concept of “God in flesh”.

Here in South Africa there is a cult called IPHC founded by Frederick Modise (he died years ago). Some of his followers took him to be The Comforter. One follower was quoted as saying:
The world will never have true freedom apart from Modise. The world is waiting for Moemedi….Even the Whites are waiting for him; but they don’t know that he has already come. Jesus said ‘If I do not go the Moemedi [Comforter] will not come’. Fortunately, he has come, on 14 September 1962 [the date on which Modise was healed, marking the birth of the IPC].”
      Source: http://artsweb.bham.ac.uk/aanderson/Publications/frederick_modise_and_the_interna.htm

Archbishop George Augustus Stallings Jr proclaims Rev Moon as The Messiah and a god.

The incident at Lystra was similar
Act 14:11 And when the crowds saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in Lycaonian, “The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!

I don’t think these people are well read believers, they badly need the gospel which in Lystra Paul says that’s what he is trying to deliver to them. it is the same with Daniel Chidi. That’s why I think he badly needs the gospel like these other guys.
You know it’s like those people who would be in church for years but still be not genuine believers. I have seen people like that. I mean a member of an evangelical for years suddenly saying they have recently been thinking of joining Jehova’s Witnesses?? That says to me, the gospel hasn’t sunk in at all in that person.

      • @General,
I hear you. What I meant was that the vocabulary of ‘God in flesh’ is not something you hear among new believers. A newbie may mistake TB Joshua for God but they won’t use such complex theological term in my opinion.

I don’t consider Jehovah’s Witnesses as shallow in the scriptures as such, just DEEPLY strayed from the truth.

And yes, you are right; they are strongly deluded.

  8. @tbjoshuawatch @vooke

Here is a piece of literature I think is interesting & relevant to the post.
The historian Josephus also wrote about the incident in Acts 12:21-23, how Herod died as a result of letting people call him a god.
I find the first 2 or 3 sentences strikingly similar to Daniel Chidi’s & TB Joshua’s conduct in the video.

“…his flatterers cried out, one from one place, and another from another, (though not for his good,) that he was a god; and they added, “Be thou merciful to us; for although we have hitherto reverenced thee only as a man, yet shall we henceforth own thee as superior to mortal nature.” Upon this the king did neither rebuke them, nor reject their impious flattery. But as he presently afterward looked up, he saw an owl sitting on a certain rope over his head, and immediately understood that this bird was the messenger of ill tidings, as it had once been the messenger of good tidings to him; and fell into the deepest sorrow. A severe pain also arose in his belly, and began in a most violent manner. He therefore looked upon his friends, and said, “I, whom you call a god, am commanded presently to depart this life; while Providence thus reproves the lying words you just now said to me; and I, who was by you called immortal, am immediately to be hurried away by death. But I am bound to accept of what Providence allots, as it pleases God; for we have by no means lived ill, but in a splendid and happy manner.” When he said this, his pain was become violent. Accordingly he was carried into the palace, and the rumor went abroad every where, that he would certainly die in a little time. But the multitude presently sat in sackcloth, with their wives and children, after the law of their country, and besought God for the king’s recovery. All places were also full of mourning and lamentation. Now the king rested in a high chamber, and as he saw them below lying prostrate on the ground, he could not himself forbear weeping. And when he had been quite worn out by the pain in his belly for five days, he departed this life…”

  9. Hi General,

If you have not read this book, I think you will find it interesting.

You will identify TB Joshua’s ways of thinking in this book too.

It is amazing how all the Bantu churches are the same in Africa, not only in SA.

    Bantu Prophets in South Africa-

In this impressive study Dr. Sundkler traces the development of the Bantu Churches in South Africa which seceded from the Missions or split amongst themselves. The author gives a fascinating account of the life and aspirations of these purely Bantu churches and of their leaders. Dr. Sundkler’s study is concentrated on the contact which took place in these churches between the old heritage of the people and the new message of the Christian Gospel. In the foreword Dr. E.H. Brookes pays tribute to the spirit in which the author has written, “not merely an unbiased scientific spirit, but a spirit which shows true kindness, a positive attitude and a sympathetic understanding of Zulu ideas and aspirations.” Dr. Sundkler’s Bantu Prophets in South Africa is an important and remarkable work on religion in this region.

    • @Just Wonder,
The biggest fault of Pentecostalism is that it magnifies EXPERIENCES way above the SCRIPTURES. It’s usually al about GIFTS and the GIFTED and seldom about the GIVER.

Somebody remarked somewhere that sleeping unclad sort of wads of angels as they find it dishonorable to stare at your nudity. They insisted this is the ‘revelation’ they had from Holy Spirit. I asked for scriptures and they got mad.

This is why you will run into every wind of doctrine there among those calling themselves believers.

We need to remind ourselves of the roots of Protestantism, the Refomation rallying cry of Sola Scritpura

      • @ Vooke,

Exactly, you describe this well. It is called the signs and wonder movement. This was well known in the 90’s and after that. Every manifestation was a way God “expressed” Himself which was not true. The signs and wonders were obfuscating the Word of God and Standards. And people were only relying on the “miracles” that supposedly were happening. With other words as long something happened it was God “doing” it, while on hindsight it was not. A lot of strange fire entered into the church like that. And a lot of people were destroyed because of that and started to leave. Because it became clear that strange powers had mixed up with it and weird phenomena was accepted as normal. Like the mooing of cows, dogs, birds and the like. Or bouncing on pogo sticks and shaking of the head was accepted, God was “doing” something. All the Toronto Revival, Brownsville, Lakeland movements were expressions of that.

  10. Amen Vooke, we need to test our own dream and revelation and spiritual experiences on the Scriptures. As well as others. There are to many people making their spiritual experiences their gospel. That is very dangerous -You are 100% correct.

  11. I have been think about this post. Did not have time until now.

The focus of tbj’s followers are out. It is upon tbj as mediator and NOT Jesus Christ as mediator, between man and God.
Tbj is taking the place of Jesus in peoples hearts, which is the spirit of anti-christ manifesting in him and he is NOT correcting them?

It is clearly written in the Word of God of what we should do:

So even them cutting and pasting , they still miss the bull’s eye of repenting from the following?

    As it is written:
1″ I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that our ancestors were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea,

2 and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea,

3 and all ate the same spiritual food,

4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank from the spiritual rock that followed them, and the rock was Christ.

5 Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them, and they were struck down in the wilderness.

7 DO NOT BECOME IDOLATERS, as some of them did. It is written, “The people sat down to eat and drink and they rose up to play.”

8 WE MUST NOT INDULGE IN SEXUAL IMMORALITY, as some of them did and twenty-three thousand fell in a single day.

9 WE MUST NOT PUT CHRIST TO THE TEST, as some of them did and were destroyed by serpents.

10 AND DO NOT COMPLAIN, as some of them did and were destroyed by the destroyer etc.

24 Do not seek your own advantage, but that of the others.

33 just as I try to please everyone in everything I do, not seeking my own advantage, but that of many, so that they may be saved”, John said– 1 Corinthians 10:1-32
